I believe the difference is in two things: I have a heart for ministry—getting a book into the hands of the person needing it most—but I have a head for business and understand the need to be strategic, realistic, and profitable. This is vital because without ministry, projects lose their heart and soul; but without business, well, there wouldn’t be many projects.

Having been immersed in Christian culture throughout my life, I understand a Christian mindset and the realities of what does and doesn’t work with this audience. I also understand the unique needs and make-up of the faith-based media. At the same time, I know how to effectively position a Christian author to the mainstream media.
